Enrollment Methods

Face to Face Enrollment

You are welcome to enroll participants in person whenever the case and enrollment conditions dictate this enrollment strategy. We will provide you with enrollment forms to complete and return to the Sales Department at jgoucher@enroll1st.com so that we can ensure that your group is properly set up in our company database.

Call Center

Our call center is located at our corporate headquarters in Knoxvlle, Tennessee and staffed with licensed, salaried, full-time agents. Why is that important? There is a no-pressure sales approach because they are not commission-driven.

Our agents take the time to carefully explain the benefit options as well as educate the caller on the products that are available. We can enroll a participant over the phone because we are e-sign law compliant. That means no paper enrollment forms for you to complete!

The call center currently supports English and Spanish callers 11 hours a day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
