Marketing
Effective communication is critical to the success of your enrollment. Enrollment First's design team, combined with our cutting-edge technology in printing and mailing services makes our marketing department an integral part of the enrollment process.
DESIGN TEAM: Our design team encompasses the skill and talent necessary to deliver highly effective communication materials. Our team will consult with you and the group to determine marketing strategies and the creation of marketing materials as to layout, content, and paper type. Each item is custom branded to the look and feel like your client.
PRINTING: Our in-house printing capabilities can print your materials in black and white or full color. We design and print postcards, posters, flyers, membership brochures, and much more!
MAILING: We have individual and group mailings. All we need from you is a census!
Billing & Administration
We can meet your billing, payment, processing, and reconciliation needs through client specific account set up and implementation, including custom arrangements for both individual "direct bill" scenarios and group models.
We can general systematic group-level monthly premium invoices according to your specifications. Clients will receive a detailed "list bill" invoice each month structured to accommodate multiple plans, billing locations, and participant classifications.
Call Center
Our call center is located at our corporate headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee, and is staffed with licensed, salaried, full-time agents. Because of this, there is a NO-PRESSURE sales approach because agents are not commission-driven.
Our agents take the time to carefully explain the benefit options as well as educate the caller on the products that are available. We can enroll a participant over the phone because we are e-sign law compliant. That means NO PAPER ENROLLMENT FORMS for you to complete!
The call center currently supports English and Spanish callers 11 hours a day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm EST.
Enrollment
There are several simple enrollment methods to choose from. Enrolling over the phone through the Enrollment First enrollment center is simple and quick. We establish a personal toll free number for your group that expedites the enrollment process by connecting you with an experienced benefit specialist. With face-to-face enrollment, agents are responsible for explaining the product and distributing the benefit brochures to individuals. Forms are attached to the brochures that can simply be faxed or emailed in to our enrollment center.
