We offer health care advocacy services to plan members to help resolve problems and confusion surrounding the patient portion of medical bills.  These services can help a member reduce their out-of-pocket medical expenses either through a discount on their medical bill or the implementation of a payment plan.  Under our service, if an insured has $1,000 in total out of pocket expenses or $500 in out of pocket expenses from one single medical encounter, our advocacy steps in to negotiate the amounts with the providers on behalf of the insured. Once they have negotiated that amount to the lowest possible amount, they then offer to assist with establishing a payment plan for the insured.

 

TELEMEDICINE

Talk to a doctor anytime, anywhere.   It’s simple.  Our service allows a member access to U.S. board-certified doctors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year via phone or online video.  Our U.S. board-certified physicians can diagnose, recommend treatment, and write short-term, non DEA prescriptions, when appropriate.  By using our telemedicine services instead of more expensive urgent care and ER visits, it cuts unnecessary costs and keeps members smiling, instead of waiting.  It’s health care on their terms – simple as that.

(GAP) MISSED PREMIUM ADMINISTRATION

We allow an insured to go up to five consecutive weeks between assignments (or pay checks) without having to pay premium on hospital indemnity. During that time, if no claims are incurred, the employee owes nothing. If during a “gap” the employee uses the benefits, we will take the back premium due from the medical claim and pay the balance to the provider. This provides the insured with “peace of mind,” knowing that they can use their plan even when weekly deductions are not being taken.

 

 

 

COUNSELING SERVICES

Our Counseling Services benefit allows provides members access to a counselor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week regarding any personal problems they may be facing.
